1. Our journey begins with a personal consultation. You and I will complete a fitness assessment considering your background, history, and goals.
2. Next, we will work on a basic nutrition and health overview specific to you.
3. Finally, you and I will plan a scope of action that fits your needs - your own personal plan!

ABOUT ANNA
NAME: Anna Reed
CREDENTIALS: I have been training since 2014 as a Certified Personal Trainer & Group Instructor. I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and am Certified in CPR & First-Aid.
OWNER OF: Pursuit Personal Fitness
MY TYPE OF TRAINING: I focus on enabling my clients to meet their goals through functional movements, exercise psychology, and programs that emphasize progressive overload.
A LITTLE BACKGROUND: I was born in Rochester, MN. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I currently live in Woodbury, MN with my husband, Chris, daughter Brynnley, and two dogs: Kato and Kona.
I have always loved sports, and that's what drew me into fitness. I developed a passion for lifting as a collegiate track and field athlete.
