I have been one of Anna’s small group clients for about six months. In that time I have toned muscle, lost weight and feel so much better. I love my workouts with Anna. With her training and coaching I am able push myself out of my comfort zone and to complete workouts I did not think possible. I just want to share my story with Anna as my Personal Trainer. She is awesome, She addressed my exercise needs with a 3-month program (which I am still implementing) Plus, we went over the top with the 28-day transformation diet. I have to say that I was hesitant to start the diet. It was a big commitment and a definite lifestyle change (or so I thought). But I was committed to lose a few pounds and feel better plus I was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 so it was definitely time for some action. I have to say that I have lost 3 inches from the waist and 4 inches from the chest. I feel healthy and I have energy. The diet allowed me to eat healthily and to feel full as well. I had fun trying some new recipes, and changing how I think about food. I thought it would be hard but all the planning and preparation made eating healthy actually easier. Even when I left for 4 days, even on my birthday. My sugars have dropped to normal levels and I have more energy. If I keep this up for 6 months, my doctor says that I may be able to get off of Metformin. Anna was awesome as she checked in with me a couple times a week, she was non-judgmental when I didn't make the right choice and she offered a different option that would work better. Very encouraging with every step. I thought I did eat a pretty healthy diet but now when I shop I really do spend most of my time in the produce section. My husband lost weight too and I had to buy him a new pair of jeans. He hasn't been in that size for 20 years. Looking good and feeling good. Thanks, Anna! It's a lifestyle change that I plan on implementing from now on.

Do you want to work out sometimes and let the weather, tiredness, or laziness dictate if you make it to the gym or workout? If so, then head on over to your local gym. If you want a trainer who is a meteorologist, a traffic woman, a drill sergeant (when you need it) and sometimes a therapist, who won'T let you quit no matter what is going on, then you should give Anna with Pursuit Personal Fitness a call! Most trainers from what I could see were more worried about the money or the results for their own business purposes but she is truly focused on helping you to be a better person all around with fitness as the starting point.  She will make a difference in your life like you wouldn't believe! Trust me when I say you won't regret it.... (But don't tell her I said that.) Oh and btw she uses the word fun differently than normal people...Lol
